Governor Clements desired that all of us receive as early as possible the information below for personal plans for the holidays for our people 2. The three days indicated below are authorized as "Vacation or Leave time" which is permitted "without deduction in salary." Friday, November 23, 1979 Monday, December 24, 1979 Wednesday, December 26, 1979 3. The Governor desires that everyone in his office receive the maximum holidays as allowed. He wants our people off except to have someone answer the telephone. The following sections should have one person available to answer the telephone all day each of the three days. All others can be off completely. The telephone duty person should get another free day off of their choice. The person responsible for obtaining duty person is also listed below: A.
