OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. September 25, 1980 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments: James F. Tracy, Sr. of Sinton to the Nueces River Authority for a six-year term to expire February 1, 1985. Tracy, 59, is publisher for the San Patricio Publishing Company. He will replace James M. Whitten of Sinton, whose term expired. L.J. Cohen of Corpus Christi to the Texas Structural Pest Control Board for a two-year term to expire August 30, 1982. Cohen, 33, is president of Pest Fog, Inc. He is being reappointed to the board. Thomas Paschal Clarke, M.D. of Houston (District I), Robert G. Haman, D.O. of Irving (District II), William Gordon McGee, M.D. of El Paso (District III), and Homer R. Goehrs, M.D. of Austin (District IV) to the District Review Committees for six-year terms to expire January 15, 1986. Dr. Clarke, 57, is a psychiatrist and is being reappointed to the committee. Dr. Haman, 54, owns Haman Clinic and will replace Dr. Robert Mayo Tenery, Sr. of Waxahachie, who is deceased. Dr. McGee, 47, is a pathologist and will replace Dr. Travis Smith of Abilene, whose term expired. Dr. Goehrs, 56, is a rheumatologist at Austin Diagnostic Clinic and will replace Dr. James L. Coleman, Jr. of Victoria, whose term expired.
