Benjamin Yunes and Lic. Luis Lara Armendaris, on Friday in El Paso at the State National Bank. We will review the binational committee members the reports already prepared by some of the Mexicans; logistics; and other conference details. Lic. Yunes told me the Mexican border governors are personally sitting in on their committee meetings. Originally, I had scheduled a meeting with Lic. Yunes and Lara Armendaris in Austin on Thursday, August 13. However, due to an unexpected visit to Chihuahua from the Mexican Secretary of Agriculture, Lic. Yunes and Lara Armendaris must be with their Governor on the 13th. Lic. Yunes will share a list of the newly-appointed "Cabinet" and department heads of the new Administration in the State of Coahuila.
