Facts bearing on Issue 1) 2 plants with 4 reactors under construction. One more proposed; Allen Creek at Sealy. Locations are Glenrose and South Texas Project at Bay City. 2) Plants at Glenrose identical to one at Three Mile Island. 3) State has no inspectors 4) Initial cost of inspection program would be $3 million. 5) Rep. Anita Hill may tack on an amendment to fund inspection program. 6) NRC inspectors only do spot checks at Glenrose now. 7) U.T.C.S. Article 5221c, Section 4.
