oericE OF GmERN(DR. WILLIAM P. CTFNENTS, JR. July 23, 1982 For Immediate Release: Governor Bill Clements today announced appointment of Captain David A. Smith and Captain MOnte B. Warren, both of Houston, as Branch Pilots for Galveston Bar and the Houston Ship Channel for four-year terms extending to May 9, 1986. They were examined and found to be qualified to act as Branch Pilots. The Governor named Captain Edgar L. King, Captain George E. Pizzitola, and Captain William R. Kern, all of Galveston, as Branch Pilots for the Ports of Galveston County for four-year terms extending to June 1, 1986. All are being reappointed.
