OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. March 19, 1979 For Immediate Release: Governor Bill Clements today named two new members of the Texas Board of Health. The Governor nominated Isadore Roosth of Tyler and Sister Bernard Marie Borgmeyer of Corpus Christi for terms on the Board extending until February 1, 1985. They will succeed Donald A. Horn of Houston and Mrs. Maria LaMantia of Weslaco. Roosth will be a citizen representative on the Board. Sister Bernard Marie Borqmeyer, 64, was appointed to represent registered nurses. She is administrator of Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi. Roosth, 66, is managing consul- tant to the president of Roosth and Genecov Production Company in Tyler. Clements today also announced appointment of M. Dunman Perry Jr., 52, and Doualas A. McCrary, 64, asmembers of the Board of Directors of the Brazos River Authority. They were nominated for six-year terms, succeeding Kermit Ashby of Plainview and W.C. Wiese Jr. of Calvert. Perry is president and chairman of the board of Perry Equipment Corporation, Mineral Wells. McCrary, of Calvert,is a rancher.
