OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS,JR. February 18, 1982 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments: J. Willis Johnson of San Angelo to the Texas Sesquicentennial Museum Board for a term extending to January 31, 1983. Johnson, 51, is in private business and serves on the board of the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts. He attended The University of Texas and Southern Methodist University. Gary E. Griffith of Dallas to the Texas Optometry Board for a term extending to January 31, 1987. Griffith, 33, is communications director for Trammell Crow Company and a member of the board of directors of the Texas Lyceum Association. He graduated from The University of Texas and will serve as a public member of the board. Jim Bob Brame, M.11. of Eldorado to the Hospital Licensing Advisory Council for a six-year term extending to December 7, 1987. Dr. Brame, 53, received bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Houston and medical degree from TUlane University School of Medicine. He will replace Dr. Emery R. Owens of Prairie View, whose term expired. Mary Marie Milliken of Lubbock, Maurice B. Shaw of Austin, Emmett Greif,M.D. of Austin and Arlene Miller of Beaumont to the Home Health Services Advisory Council. Mrs. Milliken is Executive Director of Home Health at West Texas Home Health Agency, Inc. and will serve a term extending to January 31, 1983. Shaw, 53, is Chief of the Bureau of Licensing & Certification at the Texas Department of Health. Dr. Greif, 59, is Deputy Commissioner of Medical Specialities at the Texas Department of Human Resources. Mrs. Miller is Assistant Director of Govern- ment Services, Texas and Louisiana, for Upjohn HealthCare Services. Shaw, Dr.Greif, and Mrs. Miller will serve terms extending to January 31, 1984.
