OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. February 22, 1980 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the appointment of C.W. Hetherly, Jr. of Austin to the Board of Directors of the Texas Housing Agency for a term to expire January 31, 1983. Hetherly, 41, is a partner in Darden-Hetherly home builders firm. He will fill Place 8 on the board - a person with experience in municipal or county government.
