Smith Jr. of Midland as a member of the Commission on Jail Standards. Smith, 36, is sheriff of Midland County. He succeeds Sheriff T.L. Nutt of Houston and Thomas Koller Waugh of El Paso to six-year terms on the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. The terms expire January 31, 1985. an Mrs:Long,43, is/assistant professor at Texas Women's University. Nutt, 45, is president of Houston Physical Therapy Service Inc. Waugh,36, is owner of Thomas K. Waugh and Associates, a physical therapy contract services firm. Governor Clements today also nominated Eilene F. Crosier of Canyon Lake, Coma] County, for a six-year term (extending to January 31, 1985) as a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners in Social Psychotherapy. Ms. Crosier, 55, is apsychotherapist. She succeeds Warren Terry Townsend Jr. of Killeen. Mrs. Long succeeds Hilda McKethan of Corpus Christi. Mutt succeeds Elizabeth McKown Barkley of Houston, and Waugh succeeds James Cecil Dalton of Waco on the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
