Clements, Jr. July 31, 1979 For Immediate Release Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Advisory Board: J. Xavier Banales of El Paso, 32, El Paso County Chief Juvenile officer; Paul Frank Cromwell of Fort Worth, 36, Director, Tarrant County Juvenile Department; David Sanders Huntley of Dallas, 21, IBM intern; Alfonso Senteno of Brownsville, 38, Area Supervisor of Tobacco Export International Robert Lee Smith of Corpus Christi, 37, Coordinator for Student Relations for the Corpus Christi Independent School District; A. C. Sutton of San Antonio, 60, Assistant Probation Officer for Bexar County Juvenile Department. The appointees will serve on the advisory board at the pleasure of the Governor. Governor Clements also named Judge William C. Martin, III of Longview as Chairman and J. Xavier Banales of El Paso as Vice Chairman of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Advisory Board.
