February 5, 1980 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the appointment of Rudy Trevino Garza, Sr. of Corpus Christi to the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission for a term to expire January 31, 1985. Garza, 50, is president of Padre Federal Savings and Loan. He is being appointed to a new position as a public member on the commission.
