OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. January 27, 1982 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments: Joseph Siegel, Ph.D. of Dallas, Macy Kinzel of Corpus Christi, Joseph C. Kobos,Ph.D. of San Antonio and Elizabeth J. Rohn of Kerrville to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. Dr.Siege1,57,is a clinical psychologist and received bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. from University of Oklahoma. He will replace Dr. George H. Kramer of Corpus Christi, whose term expired. Miss Kinzel is a psychological associate at The Psychological Service Center and received a bachelor's degree from University of California and master's degree from Central Michigan University. She is being reappointed to the board. Dr. Kobos, 39, is associate professor of psychology at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He received a bachelor's degree from St. Benedict's College and master's and Ph.D. from Ohio University. He will replace Dr. James Ray Hays of Houston, whose term expired. Mrs. Rohn is past member of advisory committee at Kerrville State Hospital and now serves on the hospital's consent committee. She attended University of Missouri and is being appointed to a new position as public member for a term extending to October 31, 1983. Dr. Siegel, Miss Kinzel and Dr. Kobos will serve six-year terms extending to October 31, 1987. George Finley, III of Corpus Christi to the Nueces River Authority Board of Directors for a six-year term extending to February 1, 1987. Finley, 43, is president of C C Distributors. He attended Southern Methodist University and is being reappointed to the board. Mrs. Leo Evelyn Johnson of Corpus Christi to the State Board of Nurse Examiners for a term extending to January 31, 1985. Mrs. Johnson is secretary-treasurer for Corrosion Rectifying Company and Poco Gas Company and will serve as a public member of the board.
