VAIICHILLEMASTE November 17, 1986 The Honorable William P. Clements SEDCO Inc. 1901 North Akard Dallas, Texas 75201 Dear Governor Clements: • JBLIC RELATIONS Your laughter at the podium November 4th should be classified as one of the great Republican highlights of all time. It's a moment I will always remember. More important however, is the great sense of relief I feel knowing you have been elected for the next four years. Congratulations should be extended to the entire electorate for having had the wisdom to send you back to Austin. On another matter, as an S.M.U. graduate, I am deeply concerned about the latest developments at the university. From a national image standpoint, the new allegations appear devastating. There's no question in my mind that Fairchild/LeMaster could be of service to S.M.U. in terms of crisis management, media training and overall public relations strategy. If you agree, I'd like to discuss this further with you or the appropriate person at S.M.U. Again, congratulations on your election and just remember to "keep on bridging." Sincerely, 14-0 ertal Lisa LeMaster 11/pc 4300 MacArthur Avenue Suite 201 Dallas, Texas 75209 (214) 528-7750
