December 10, 1982 For Immediate Release: Governor Bill Clements today appointed Donald Ross of Henderson as judge of the Fourth Judicial District, Rusk County. Ross will succeed Paul S. Colley who vacated the office December 1 on taking the oath of office as a Justice of the 12th Court of Appeals. Now County Attorney of Rusk County, Ross, 43, holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Baylor University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University.
