cerIcE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. Nay 13, 1981 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today named Marion M. Lewis of Victoria to be Judge of the newly-created 267th Judicial District Court, Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio, and Victoria Counties, until the next general election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified. Lewis, 53, is a partner in a law firm. He attended undergraduate and law school at The University of Texas. He is president of Victoria County Bar Association and former director of Texas Conference of Bar Presidents.
