5_-/'_ 61/ I have watched with interest the debate that is going on in the Senate. about Senator Meier's amendment regarding investment in money market funds. I favor people being able to invest their savings and resources however they would like so long as their liability and exposure to loss is fully and completely explained to them. The very important issue of the personal liability of the investor in money market funds has been raised in this debate and is as yet un- resolved.
