OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. February 8, 1982 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments: Ned R. Rosario of Fort Worth to the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners for a six-year term extending to January 31, 1987. Rosario, 48, is managing partner at a certified public accounting firm. He attended University of Texas at El Paso undergraduate school and T.C.U. graduate school. He will replace Douglas Emmett Steinman, Jr. of Beaumont, whose term expired. Rosario will be a public member. Peggy L.Brown of Houston to the State Board of Nurse Examiners for a term extending to January 31, 1983. Mrs. Brown is a realtor and will serve as a public member of the board. Joe H. Golman of Dallas to the Texas Cosmetology Commission for a six-year term extending to December 31, 1987. Golman, 57, heads a frozen food processors and distributors firm. He is a board member of the First Citizens Bank and former State Representative and former Dallas City Council member. He was reappointed as a public member. Mark Connally of Floresville to the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District for a term extending to January 13, 1983. Connally, 29, is president of First City National Bank in Floresville. He attended University of Texas at Austin and will replace Charles H. Freeman, Jr. of Pleasanton, whose term expired.
