Cortez of San Antonio to' the Texas Board of Corrections for a six-year term extending to February 15, 1987. Cortez,63, will replace Ruben R. Montemayor of San Antonio, whose term expired. He is president of Mi Tierra Cafe & Bakery. Governor Clements also reappointed Salvadore Canchola of El Paso, Ray P. Moudy of Midland and Doyle Stuckey of Houston to the Texas Housing Agency Board cf Directors for six-year tams to expire January 31, 1987. Canchola, 36, is executive director of the El Paso Housing Authority. Mbudy, 52, is president of Citizens Savings and Loan Association. Stuckey, 53, is owner and president of Doyle Stuckey Homes. 1
