OFFICE OF GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. CLEMENTS, JR. November 10, 1980 For immediate release: Governor Bill Clements today announced the appointment of Cliff R. Todd of Austin to the State Seed and Plant Board for a two-year term to expire October 6, 1982. Todd, 29, is director of the seed division of the Texas Department of Agriculture. He will replace Donald W. Ator, whose term expired.
