As you probably know, our show is 6/- October 17-20, 1984. We would be glad to have you attend all four days or7717.77771-777ever, I know you have a very busy schedule and possibly would be unable to attend the entire time. We will honor you on Friday, October 19. The day will begin at 10:00 A.M. with a parade tha you will be asked to lead, a luncheon at 11:30 A.M., and at 1:00 P.M. our formal opening ceremonies will be held, at which time you will be presented as the 1984 Permian Basin Oil Show Honoree. At that time, Mr. Clements, we ask that you make a five to ten minute talk on any subject you would like. Immediately following the ceremonies, we would like for you to hold a short press conference in the press room on the Oil Show grounds. Following the press conference you will be given a personal tour of the show. This will conclude the ceremonies. Mr. Clements, we would like for Mrs. Clements to attend all of these functions with you if she desires. We will have a delegation meet your plane. If you plan to remain in Odessa overnight, reservations have been made for you and Mrs. Clements at the Odessa Hilton.
