CLEMENTS, JP NOVEMBER 18, 1981 For immediate release Governor Bill Clements today announced the following appointments: Craig Trively Enoch of Dallas to be Judge of the 101st Judicial District, Dallas County, until the next general election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified. Enoch,31, is an attorney with Moseley, Jones, Allen & Fugua law firm. He attended Southern Methodist University undergraduate and law school. He will replace Judge J. Roll Fair of Dallas, who retired. Alan William McNeill of Beaumont to the Texas Judicial Council for a six-year term extending to July 1, 1987. McNeill, 44, is an attorney in private practice. He attended The University of Texas undergraduate and law school. He will replace Grant Cook of Houston, whose term expired. Janelle McArthur of San Antonio and Edward P. Rodrigues of Eagle Pass to the Texas Merit System Council for terms extending to February 1, 1983. Mrs. McArthur operates a political management firm. She attended Southern Methodist University. Rodrigues, 53, is superintendent of Eagle Pass Bridge System and received a bachelor's degree from Texas ARM University. Diane Doehne Rath of San Antonio to the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for a six-year term extending to January 31, 1987. Mrs. Rath is clinical director of the Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic. She attended Texas Christian University and The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She will replace Doris Wood of Fort Worth, who resigned. Robert Michael Edwards of Stowell and William Thomas Arnold, M.D. of Houston to the Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority. Dr.Arnold,60, is an internist at the Diagnostic Clinic of Houston. He received a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas and medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is being reappointed to the authority for a two-year term extending to August 31, 1983. Edwards, 33, is a farmer and rancher. He attended University of Oklahoma and Texas A&M University and will replace David Barkley Jenkins of Winnie, whose term expired. Edwards will serve a term extending to August 31, 1982. George Griffin of Austin as Nonresident Violator Compact Administrator for a two-year term extending to February 1, 1983. Griffin, 58, is chief of Driver & Vehicle Records Division at the Department of Public Safety. James A. Borup of Galveston as Branch Pilot for the Ports of Galveston County for a four-year telm extending to October 30, 1985. He is being reappointed to the position.
